The core tension: Neon Vault's audience hates anything that feels corporate or designed-by-committee. But the app needed to be intuitive enough for mainstream adoption. Too polished, you lose the culture. Too raw, you lose the users.

02 — Solution

We created an interactive WebGL dashboard featuring real-time visual transaction tracking, dark-mode optimization, and custom micro-animations that gamify the investment experience.

03 — Impact

Beta launched with 40,000 waitlist signups. Day-30 retention hit 58%. Featured in three major music publications before public launch.
