The first thing we do is ask a lot of questions. About your business, your audience, your competition, and your ambitions. We want to understand the problem before we propose a solution. The more we understand, the sharper the work — and the fewer revisions we need to get there.

Before we open any design tools, we align on direction. What are we making? For whom? What does success look like in three months, six months, a year? This step takes time. It also saves weeks of iteration and prevents the expensive kind of 'we went in the wrong direction.'

It depends entirely on scope. A brand identity project typically runs 6–10 weeks. A website design and development project is usually 8–14 weeks. Campaigns are scoped individually. We'll give you a clear timeline after our first conversation.

Brand identity projects start at $15,000. Website design and development starts at $20,000. Campaign projects are scoped individually. We don't have a rate card because every project is different — but we'll be transparent about budget in our first conversation so neither of us wastes time.

Yes — if the fit is right. We've done some of our best work with early-stage companies because the stakes are high and the decisions matter. What we look for isn't stage or funding — it's ambition, clarity, and a founder who understands that brand is an investment, not an expense.

Sometimes. If something interesting crosses our desk that doesn't fit neatly into one category, we're open to a conversation. The best projects are often the ones that don't have a template.
