01 — Challenge
Enterprise software has a well-earned reputation for bad design. The brief was ambitious: make it feel like a consumer product while supporting every feature a large enterprise requires. Those two things are usually at war with each other.
02 — Solution
We rebuilt the product around the learner, not the administrator. The navigation was restructured based on user research with actual learners. A new design system created consistency across 80+ screens. The dashboard went from information overload to action-oriented clarity.
03 — Impact
NPS score increased from 22 to 61 in the six months following launch. Churn dropped by 18%. Two major enterprise contracts that had been at risk were renewed.
